Buy the 70lb Grappling Dummy with Legs

Surprisingly heavy. Good for throws, ground and pound, drilling positions and transitions. Bad for leg locks (they don't work), detailed submission practice, can't do arm bars.

Gotta give him credit, he's a durable little guy.
