be careful when you get one of these. Make sure yu get the right weight. if you want to use these to practice submissions on then don't go too heavy. For me, the 90 pound dummy was the right fit. It is built like a rock and is shaped perfectly. It arrived on time as promised. A great purchase. Permalink
