Fitted neoprene backing keeps these Shin & Instep guards securely in place during MMA and Grappling training. The dense foam striking area is protected by quality leather for standup sparring, and the secure fit lets grapplers move and transition freely. Fighters benefit from the fast-drying nature of neoprene as well as the soft and contoured feel. The neoprene is one piece and features a covered velcro strap to avoid getting caught and tangled up during groundwork. The bottom of the neoprene is reinforced to ensure longer lasting stitching

Medium fits up to 140 lbs. Large fits 140 to 185 lbs. XL fits 185 lbs. and up.
