The Muay Thai Kick Shield is constructed with an outer layer of tough rip-resistant vinyl. The inner layers are made from top quality, high density impact absorbing foam. These foam layers can easily absorb and dissipate the force of powerful kicks making it safer and more comfortable to practice with this shield. At 17" tall, 3" thick and 9" across the Muay Thai Kick Shield is perfect for practicing your kicks as well as your knee and elbow strikes. This shield has two adjustable arm straps on the back of the shield, with a rubber coated nylon handle on top of them, this grip system ensures that the person holding the bag can do so without it slipping or shifting from the force of big hits and kicks.
