The Powercore bag is designed to take plenty of abuse and avoid all the normal woes of freestanding bag training. While all freestanders are convenient and easy to move around when empty, this model has taken into consideration the shifting and wobbling that tends to come with hard training. The power transfer ring featured in the neck of the product is specifically designed to enhance bag sway without having the whole item shift around your floor. The bag itself is Nevatear technology encasing tough, impact absorbing foam.

The base is made with high-density plastic and can be filled to a 250lb capacity with water or sand. 52" to 65" adjustable height.
