The power station itself is a durable steel unit that contains the appropriate hangers for heavy bag, speed bag, and double end bag training. The heavy bag is created with Everlast's Nevatear material which has been proven durable and reliable. The bag itself is 80lbs, which is a nice round weight for most boxers looking to train.

The double end bag is synthetic leather with straps on both the top and bottom. This allows you to use the included straps to secure it to the power station. Double ended bag training is great for striking accuracy and hand speed work. The speed bag included is genuine leather and is one of Everlast's top models. The smooth exterior and teardrop design provides excellent rebound time after time.

Both the handwraps and bag gloves included are designed with your safety in mind. The handwraps are amateur style and are 98.5 inches long with a thump loop and hook-and-loop wrist enclosure. The bag gloves are premium leather and sized to fit most wearers. Also included is a speed jump rope that provides fast rotation and easy crossovers.
