CSI and Sprawl have partnered on these fantastic fight shorts. Like all top MMA shorts, the waistband closes twice. There's an inner tie that you tighten as you wish and tie. Then there's an outer hook and loop that covers the tie and allows you to adjust the height of the waistband a bit. Unlike gym shorts and lesser quality MMA shorts, the not won't get untied while you're rolling and the knot won't dig into your abdomen when you are mounted.

There are generous stretch panels on the inside of the thighs from inseam to inseam that give you the flexibility to get your legs as high up as you can without feeling any binding. Despite that flexibility, when your not stretched out, the shorts will look and act like any other loose-fit shorts. The stretch panels are the same color as the surrounding material and are placed so well, you won't even see them at first glance.
