These pads are not meant to replace traditional thai pads as they can't without the same force. However, I'm not reviewing them in that light. These are superior pads for the money -- a great value. They can withstand vary hard kicks especially when moving. We use these when the pad-holder is moving around and changing target positions for the trainee. For speed drills they are terrific given that they are light and easy to move around quickly. A great value.

Great for beginners. Good for kicking and punching. I like the air relief hole. They are pretty light, but still do the job. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to buy pads for kicking or punching.

these pads offer lots of cushioning, the velcro straps and handle on the back make them easy to hold on to. When my sparring partner kicks them I hardly feel it. sio far we have used them every time we work out. There isnt any noticiable damage, so the quality is pretty good.
