The main section has a replicated abdominal muscles for a more genuine feel when practicing punches, knees, and push kicks to the stomach. Available in multiple sizes, though each size is very adjustable. The hook-and-loop portion of the strap is throughout basically its whole length, offering a wide range of fits.
