I use the headgear in both kickboxing and regular boxing. my only complaint is that after 6 or so rounds of boxing i get pain behind my ears. It could be because the breaking in but it is annoying. The product is great and has fantastic protection. Minimal slippage while sparring and extremely breathable. Very easy to take on and off. Permalink

Measure the circumference of your head at about an inch above the eyebrows to determine your proper headgear size. It's easy! Wrap a string around your head and measure the string.
