140 lb Grappling Dummy with legs

This grappling dummy is a beast. It has a great shape and is good to practice your submissions on. I recommend this completely with one exception, if you can only hang one bag in your house, you might want to get a punching bag because this thing is really only good for grappling training. but if you are buying for your gym or dojo, then this bag is perfect.
