Discipline Mat Shoes

These shoes are great for light martial arts sparring. They have decent padding and they are very comfortable. They seem to bedesigned to give you liots of mobility, so you can kick and move around in them. they do not have much wrist support and they have very thin soles, wso dont expect them to feel like regular shoes, because they arent. Overall, they are good for sparring but not good for wearinf like regular shoes. Permalink
