Punching Bag and Speed Bag Stand

I threw a 100 lb bag on this, and then about 75 pounds of weight onto the bas to keep it steady. Its like a rock. I hve had it for a few months and so far nor bending or breaking. It's big and takes up a lot of room, so i wouldnt recommend this for people who dont have a lot of room. but if you have a basement to put it in, or a dedicated workout room, then this is a great convenience.
