Gold Mexican Style Hand Wrap

These are good handwraps. They are longer than most so you can get extra padding if needed.

Hook and Loop Punch Mitts

These are pretty nice mitts for the person holding them--they're well-padded and can take a punch. They are easy to put on and take off if you are switching between drills or doing interval training.

Standard Leather Thai Pads

I really like these Thai pads. They are durable and weather hard kicks, but they're pretty great even for the person holding them--the handles are pretty solid, and they're well-padded and well-made to absorb kicks well.

Grappling Throw Dummy

We had one of these at my gym and it was pretty great for practicing grappling drills during open mat between rounds. It's durable and heavy and is good for getting some reps in. I mostly used it for position drills, but it can be used for throws as well.

Women's Pink ProTex2 Boxing Gloves

I really dig these gloves for three reasons. First, they actually fit my little girly hands, which is hard to find these days. Second, the wrist stability is great. I really do remember to keep my wrist straighter with these gloves. And third, they do smell a lot less than other gloves I've used. These gloves are both comfortable and durable. And they're pink!

Power Gel-Nano Mouthguard

This is the best mouth guard I've ever used. To be honest, I never really liked the feel of a mouth guard because it always made me want to gag and made it harder to breath. A bunch of the guys at my gym told me to try to this one, and I am really glad I did. The molding is easy and actually works, and it's got a really nice fit. I've gotten other mouth guards where you have to try to mold it to your teeth several times and it never fits quite right. Also, with this one it's definitely easy to breathe. But best of all, it's effective, and you can really take some inadvertent hits to the face without messing up your jaw.

Another really cool feature is the one-year warranty against defects. Basically, if you are wearing your mouth guard during a tournament or coach-supervised training session and lose a tooth anyway, they'll actually pay for your dental care. I don't expect to lose a tooth doing jiu jitsu, but it's nice to know that they stand behind their product.

Anti-Microbial Mouthguard Case

This is my favorite mouthguard case. First of all, the attachment is awesome. When I train, we usually only wear a mouthguard for rolling, and it sucks to run and get water and scramble for your mouthguard in the bottom of your bag or locker. This case can clip right onto a Nalgene bottle or the strap of your bag. Also the slot is awesome... you can rinse off your mouthguard and stick it in the case without worrying about it getting smelly. And the plastic is really durable; I've had some cases break on me but this one is very sturdy.
